Making Whoopie… Pies!

As some of you may know, we make whoopie pies. We’ve been doing so since the fall.

We started with our seasonal Pumpkin Maple whoopie pies. A very Autumn taste, these were great for Thanksgiving and a fun bite-sized option to go alongside the classic pies. These treats were so good that people who don’t traditionally “like” pumpkin were wanting more (myself included). Then, for the winter holidays, we changed over to Chocolate Mint whoopie pies. These dark chocolate and cool mint treats were great for holiday parties. We also did them with vanilla filling, for the mint haters out there.

In February, for the Ovarian Cancer National Alliance Gala, we did very tiny mini chocolate mint whoopie pies for a tasting plate. They were cute and bite-sized and available only for special events.

Now we are experimenting like crazy, both with flavors and sizes. The latest creation has yet to hit the menu but it’s been going over smashingly with our taste testers. Get ready for it….. Vanilla Bean Nutella. It’s all you’ve dreamed of and more. Stay tuned to find out how to gets yours.
