Stop In the Name of Love

Love is in the air. But in our house, it’s the smell of sugar cookies filling the air with sweetness. Today we made 44 dozen sugars cookies! Forty-four dozen.

We iced them with personalized sayings and wrapped them with red and white bows. Tomorrow, it will make one Congresswoman’s staff very happy when these gifts appear in the office.

This was no easy feat. On top of this order of over 500 cookies, we prepped and completed 8 other orders for tomorrow. When you add those to the rest of this weekends Valentines orders, that’s over 100 cake noms, 600 + cookies and a few other treats.

Needless to say, we are a little sleepy. But it’s only 12:30am. Can’t stop, won’t stop. Gotta get it! With the boxes sealed, bows tied and dishes drying, we are ready for tomorrow. See you on the flip side.
